Angela returns to Manchester, NH for the Shamrock Half Marathon and Shamrock Shuffle put on by Millennium Running! Another great year, sounds like we will need to have more of the team run it next year!

This whole episode was recorded while driving back up to Massachusetts from New Jersey so apologies for any audio quality issues!

Next weekend we will be back in Manchester, NH for the TI 10k and at the Guinness Ireland 5k in New Bedford, MA
