Oh boy, you get to hear some inside information about Mike who
is one of the co-founders of the team and podcast show. He is not
usually one to disclose personal information but he lets his guard
down a bit to one of his best friends for a talk about what keeps
him running in racing and in life!
We also discuss Nancy's personal record at the Myrtle Beach Half
Marathon in South Carolina as well as Angela and Jimmie's
experience at the Snow Devil 10k!

on the phone to talk about their return to the Greek Peak Spartan
