The first Spartan 3K series race was this weekend, if you missed it then be sure to watch the live stream here!
We had an episode previously with Brett Milks after the 3K test event in Jacksonville and it was the first time that we have started to feel optimistic about Spartan Race making this format change.
Mike was sure to tune in to the live broadcast and asked Adam Beach to come on the show to talk about his experience and thoughts on the new series!
