Easily one of our best episodes yet! We mainly focus on Saturday's Boston Spartan Sprint in Rutland, Ma as well as the Hurricane Heat class 114 at the same location!

In the end we touch upon: Ian's recovery, the cancelled Color Me Rad event, the Father's Day Children's Museum 5k, Brockton Knocks Down Diabetes, and the Lazy Lobster 10 Miler!
